Program permission: Enrollment of students at the second level of academic higher education (master's programs) is carried out on the basis of theresults of common master's exams or in accordance with the order No. 224/N (December 29, 2011) of the Minister of Educationand Science of Georgia, successfully passing the English language (written) and specialty (oral) exams, on the basis ofadministrative registration and the order of the rector.
Program goals:

The program aims to prepare professionals with integrated theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the management of
modern information technologies. It covers areas such as IT infrastructure design, systems analysis, data protection,
blockchain-based solutions, and project management. Graduates will be equipped to implement technological innovations at the
organizational level, analyze and solve complex problems, and make informed decisions within managerial, legal, and ethical
contexts.

Learning outcomes:
Knowledge and understanding
    • Describes the principles of blockchain technologies and decentralized systems;
    • Analyzes the standards and legislation for the protection of personal data;
    • Characterizes IT management strategies and management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.);
    • Analyzes and describes the structural components of the systems;
    • Reviews infrastructure design principles, including network architecture and server management;
    • Discusses project management tools and characterizes Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

  • Skills
    • Independently conducts research and works on a master's thesis.
    • Analyzes and evaluates technological solutions at the organizational level;
    • Develops decentralized systems on blockchain platforms;
    • Manages projects in a timely and efficient manner;
    • Evaluates and develops IT infrastructure;
    • Promotes effective collaboration between teams to achieve common goals.

    Teaching Process Characteristics:

    The program consists of 120 ECTS credits: 72 ECTS in core courses, 48 ECTS in elective courses; within the core part of the
    program, the student is required to complete a master’s thesis (30 ECTS). The total amount of elective courses is 212 ECTS,
    from which the student selects 48 ECTS.
