| Learning outcomes: | Outcomes Knowledge and understanding · Graduate of the program: · describes the latest developments in law, including the latest developments in legal dogmatic and national and international legal practice, which allows for the expansion of existing knowledge; · describes modern legal research methods (including quantitative and qualitative research methods); · explains the basic structure of research projects, the financial categories of research projects, the process of drawing up research projects; · describes modern theories and strategies of learning and teaching, effective methods of planning, managing and evaluating the learning process. Skills · Graduate of the program: · will form new legal approaches and ideas as a result of re-evaluation of legal theories; · critically analyzes, reconciles and evaluates new, complex and contradictory legal views and approaches; · independently makes scientifically reasoned and effective decisions to solve complex legal problems; · independently plans and carries out scientific research in the field of law; · uses modern legal research methods (including quantitative and qualitative research methods) in the research process; · will find the appropriate funding source for the research and establish specific criteria for the research project; · uses modern teaching strategies and methods, plans, manages and evaluates the lecture course; · argumentatively and clearly presents new knowledge in the field of law in relation to existing knowledge; · conducts discussions and debates with the scientific community in scientific conferences, seminars and colloquiums. Responsibility and autonomy · Graduate of the program: · will expand knowledge through the study of the latest developments in the field of law and new ideas developed as a result of their research; · recognizes the importance of maintaining academic and professional standards in conducting research and teaching activities. |
