Knowledge and understanding
    • Knows and explains the concepts of optimizing modern IT infrastructure;
    • Understands the real potential of centralized and decentralized systems, blockchain technology, possible risks and areas of limitation of capabilities, as well as the risks posed by cyberattacks on the functioning of systems, possesses systematic knowledge of methods for assessing the reliability of multifunctional elements and structural reliability of multifunctional systems;
    • Practically implements software operations (DevOps);
    • Describes issues related to the processing and protection of personal data in accordance with national legislation and international acts.

  • Skills
    •  Formulates necessary information about the progress of the project to project clients or colleagues in a consistent and clear manner and presents it accordingly;
    • Effectively establishes written and oral communication on topics related to decentralized systems using appropriate presentation tools;
    • Uses modern technologies related to IT infrastructure issues purposefully;
    • Formulates professional issues/problems in a consistent and clear manner and presents them accordingly;
    • Effectively uses professional terminology related to IT management. Develops IT governance issues effectively, functionally and hierarchically;
    • Investigates new, original ways to solve complex problems in information technologies/information systems, independently implements a research or practical project;
    • Based on the effective use of the latest methods and approaches (both individually and in the context of a multidisciplinary group), in a variable and unpredictable environment, taking into account the existing resources and limitations related to specific blockchain-based projects, selects optimal ways to solve problems and appropriate IT architecture;
    • Participates in IT infrastructure planning;
    • Describes systems and networks of complex structure using logical-probabilistic methods, presents the system's performance in an analytical and schematic form;
    • Create a governance strategy for the organization;
    • Provides advice on issues of personal data processing and protection;
    •  Based on a critical analysis of complex and incomplete information, including the latest research, on information technologies/information systems, independently formulates substantiated conclusions and makes innovative synthesis of information
    • Based on the synthesis of incomplete and often low-quality data on the one hand and reliable information and knowledge on the other hand, draws the most reasoned conclusions regarding the organization, system, process and creates a broad picture of the situation based on the most data. Also, considers the weak and strong points of his conclusions, the degree of soundness of the reasoning logic;
    • Draws a conclusion on IT infrastructure issues;
    • Evaluates the compliance of the complex process of personal data processing with the law and draws a conclusion on this.

  • Responsibility and autonomy
    • Gains experience and has the ability to learn, both in F2F, as well as in remote, synchronous and asynchronous modes, which is critically important in the conditions of the “knowledge society;
    • Ability to plan and manage learning time;
    • Ability to integrate acquired knowledge and experience with new ones;
    • Aware of the risks and fraud associated with blockchain-based decentralized systems, including the crypto industry, which will develop the ability to assess one’s own and others’ attitudes towards values ​​related to a given field (good faith);
    • Objectively assesses and improves the organization’s IT management and IT governance;
    • Aware of the legality of personal data processing, justice, human rights, the importance of protecting the principles of dignity and privacy.
